山門の入り口には大きな金剛力士像があり、境内には太い幹に大きなタンコブがある珍しい巨樹のイチョウがそびえ立っています。かつての宿場町の歴史を感じさせる飯盛女たちの無縁墓地があり、秋にはイチョウの紅葉も楽しめます。駐車場も完備されています。
