紀三井寺の北側、民家の脇にある細い道を登った場所に位置しています。吉祥（滝のぼり）地蔵のお堂があり、手すりのある階段を登った先に吉祥水があります。水量はそれほど多くなく、ポリタンクでの採水には不向きですが、桜の季節には美しい景色を眺めることができます。
