This shrine enshrines Uka-no-Mitama-no-Kami (Okunin-sama), the deity of grain and food. As a god of commercial prosperity and industrial growth, it has branch shrines throughout Japan.

Located within the grounds of Zenchi-dori Shrine, it is found on the right side after proceeding along the approach path. Although the shrine buildings are not large in scale, they are impressively constructed, with elegant stone lanterns placed on either side in front. The stone-paved approach path has a charming atmosphere, and the surrounding area is lively.
