市内の三峯講によって護持されている小祠の神社です。社務所や授与所はありませんが、秋には祭祀が行われ、お正月には周囲が飾られます。建物は川の護岸の脇に位置しており、志多美屋本店の脇から入る道を見落とさないよう注意が必要です。
