Subsequently, Ōnagiatamikami (a deity of agriculture and medicine) and Sukunahikona-ohamikami (a deity of medicine and craftsmanship) were co-enshrined. The shrine was elevated to the status of a prefectural shrine during the Taisho era, and in 1924 CE (Taisho 13), the deities were transferred to the current location at Kagura-oka. In 1992 CE (Heisei 4), Iwamura Tsutsuhito-no-mikoto, a figure who contributed significantly to the development of the Kamikawa region, was also co-enshrined.
