中原公園に隣接する高台に位置し、境内は小ぢんまりとしていますが、公園の広がりや藤棚、ベンチなどがあり、家族連れでも過ごしやすい環境です。駐車場やスロープがあり、トイレも清潔に保たれています。御朱印の授与や、祭事の際の賑わいも特徴です。
