境内には大きなスギの巨木が立ち、趣のある静かな雰囲気が漂っています。夏場は涼しく、清々しい空気の中で参拝が可能です。駐車場は鳥居の左側にありますが、大型車の駐車には制限があります。五神太鼓の儀式や、丁寧な御祓いなどの伝統的な参拝体験も特徴です。
