成田山の下、桜木町駅から野毛山方面へ徒歩数分の場所に位置しています。本堂から階段を下り、交通安全祈祷殿の駐車場の奥にある弁天池の近くに参拝できます。小規模な社殿に三柱の神様が祀られており、時期によってはシャッターが下りていることもあります。
