作並街道から広瀬川へと下る河岸段丘の途中に位置し、大崎八幡宮の近くにあります。境内には「モクリコクリの碑」と呼ばれる石碑があり、歴史を感じさせる雰囲気が特徴です。入り口の右手にはトイレがあり、境内からは広瀬川の景色を望むことができます。
