五日市街道沿いに位置し、武蔵野八幡宮の対面にある寺院です。境内には複数の地蔵尊があり、特に箪笥を改造した地蔵像が知られています。本堂前には季節の草花が咲き、御朱印の授与も行われています。吉祥寺駅から徒歩圏内ですが、山門は街道側を向いているため少し回り込む形になります。
