新湊大仏と千体仏の圧倒的な迫力に感動する参拝者が多く、一つひとつじっくりと見入る価値があります。受付は不在の場合もありますが、説明書きがあり分かりやすく、おみくじのセルフ購入や修繕費のカンパも可能です。駐車場は向かって左側にあり、周辺には鍼灸院も併設されています。
