凛とした厳かな空気が漂う寺院で、手入れの行き届いた庭園は非常に美しく、落ち着いた清々しい気持ちで参拝できます。山門には江戸木彫刻による見事な彫刻があり、特に「願い」という題の彫刻が印象的です。本川越駅から徒歩圏内にあり、駐車場も完備されています。
