梵音巌と呼ばれる岩の上にお堂が建っており、堂内には千体地蔵が祀られています。湧水が集まる小さな滝があり、紅葉の季節には美しい景色を楽しめます。お堂の内部への立ち入りは制限されていますが、周辺の落ち着いた雰囲気や景観を堪能できる場所です。
