天狗の大きな面や、日本唯一とされる天狗の頭骨が祀られている点が特徴的です。隣接する新設の社殿よりも歴史を感じさせる重厚な雰囲気があり、境内にはたばこ資料館や旧社務所も点在しています。規模はそれほど大きくありませんが、独特の迫力と趣のある社殿の佇まいが魅力です。
