境内には日本境内の中心に聳える大杉があり、本殿の左右には趣の異なる境内社群が並んでいます。拝殿前には温かみのある木彫りの牛像が置かれ、ベンチや花も整備されています。歴史を感じさせる石灯籠や色褪せた本殿の風合いなど、落ち着いた雰囲気で参拝できる神社です。
