境内には見事な大松や、苔が広がる庭園があり、歴史を感じさせる趣のある風景が広がっています。大松の近くにある仏足石に触れて本堂に合掌すると願いが叶うと言われています。また、台風の犠牲者を供養する展示や、季節ごとの紅梅なども見どころです。
