Located as a subsidiary shrine within the grounds of Hachiman Shrine, the main building faces a large pond where the sound of water is described as soothing. Although the precincts are compact, the area behind the pond and the surrounding environment create a tranquil atmosphere. A distinctive feature is that passing through the torii gate on the left side of the shrine building offers views of the Benten Pond and Itsukushima Shrine.
