本宮からさらに続く約583段の石段を登り切った先にある奥社は、静かな雰囲気と澄んだ空気が特徴です。登り切った際の達成感や、ここでしか手に入らない天狗のお守りが人気です。下りは膝への負担があるため注意が必要ですが、周囲の景色を楽しみながら参拝できる場所です。
