かつて吉備津神社の摂社であった跡地には、現在は碑が建てられています。木々に囲まれた静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の場所で、適度に苔むした景観が特徴です。隣接する真如院や、かつて本殿から続いていた回廊の歴史を感じさせる案内看板などがあります。周辺の道路はやや道幅が狭い点に注意が必要です。
