This shrine enshrines Ukanomitama (Oinari-sama), the deity of rice and food. As the god of the five grains and sustenance, it is known for bringing prosperity in business and thriving industries, with branch shrines located throughout Japan.

Located just before the stairs within the precincts of Hikawa Shrine, this is a small and quiet shrine. It features typical Inari-style decorations, including vermilion torii gates, fox statues, and lanterns. Worshippers can enjoy a serene space surrounded by green trees. Goshuin (shrine calligraphic seal stamps) are available at the Hikawa Shrine office.
