古墳の上に鎮座する神社で、四十数段の階段を上った先には文化財に指定された本殿があります。社務所などの設備は整っていますが、普段は無人で駐車場も閉鎖されているため注意が必要です。周辺には山があり、参拝の後に登山を楽しむこともできます。
