大國魂神社の境外摂社として、下河原緑道と細い路地の間の狭い土地に鎮座しています。境内は拝殿と鳥居、石灯籠のみで手水舎や狛犬はありませんが、立派な扁額が掲げられています。規模は小さいものの、歴史的な重要性を感じさせる静かな雰囲気の社です。
