西陣の町中にあり、非常に良く整備された境内には重要文化財の本堂や、かつての遊郭の歴史に由来する遊女観音菩薩像などがあります。建物内には阿弥陀如来像が安置されており、ご住職の気さくな対応も評判です。なお、御朱印の受付は行われていないようです。
