高台に位置する境内は、緑豊かな松栄山の中腹にあり、荘厳な雰囲気に包まれています。境内には資料館や慰霊碑、展望台があり、資料館は空調設備も整っています。JR牧駅から徒歩圏内ですが、坂道や階段があるため、歩きやすい靴での参拝が推奨されます。
