境内には立派なしだれ桜や銀杏の木があり、特に春の桜の時期は美しい景色を楽しめます。夜にはライトアップが行われることもあります。駅の近くに位置し、周辺には他の寺院も多いため、ゆっくりと巡るのに適しています。お寺の横には駐車場も整備されています。
