小高い丘に位置し、境内は綺麗に整備されています。グレーの鳥居や、本殿の裏手にある無数の祠、石垣に並ぶ多くの庚申塔が特徴的です。駅から坂道が急なため、足腰への負担に注意が必要です。拝殿の大きな鈴には蜘蛛の糸が張られており、独特の雰囲気があります。
