国の重要文化財に指定されている茅葺の総門があり、正面には門扉、左右には座禅堂や本堂、第一庫裡を結ぶ廻廊が延びています。門の柱には「大雄寺参禅道場」の看板が掲げられ、中央通路の梁には「霊鷲」の扁額が設置されています。
