随神門のすぐ外側に位置する、出羽三山神社の末社の一つです。社殿の軒先を支える白木の角柱には、昇り龍と降り龍の彫刻が施されており、赤と白のコントラストが美しい宝形造の建物が特徴です。石段を上った先にあり、社務所や御朱印処の向かいに位置しています。
