耐震改修が行われたため、屋根や外壁が新しく整った綺麗な境内です。茶聖・大谷嘉兵衛の立派な記念碑や、陸海軍の慰霊碑が並ぶ石碑などが見どころです。御朱印は本堂左手の庫裡で受付しており、周辺には本牧山頂公園の駐車場もあります。
