麻賀多神社の境内内にある末社で、小さく控えめな祠ですが、非常に信仰の厚い場所として知られています。境内には樹齢1300年以上の御神木の大杉があり、早朝から熱心に参拝する人の姿も見られます。平日でも御札を入手できる場所があり、周辺環境も整っています。
