住宅地内にある浄土宗の寺院の向かいに位置しています。境内には愛宕大権現の石灯籠があり、覆い屋の中に3つの祠が並んでいます。各祠には白い前掛けをしたお地蔵様が安置されており、中央の祠には立派な像が祀られています。
