境内は非常にきれいに整備されており、池の向こうに佇む竜王宮は神秘的な雰囲気を醸し出しています。急な坂道に位置しており、バイクの乗り入れには注意が必要ですが、周辺には駐車場もあります。季節の紅葉や、近くの展望台へのハイキングコースとしても親しまれています。
