沼袋駅北口から徒歩数分に位置する、江戸御府内八十八か所霊場の第四十一番札所です。冠木門の山門をくぐると、本堂の扉が開かれていることが多く、間近に御本尊を拝むことができます。御朱印の受付は本堂で行われ、参拝の際には祈祷などの対応を受けることができます。
