小高い丘に位置し、周囲の田園風景を望むことができます。本堂や文化財指定の薬師堂は立派で、本堂前には見事な不動明王像があります。駐車場はありますが、寺への道は狭く急な坂があるため、車でのアクセスには注意が必要です。車椅子用のスロープも整備されています。
