杉本坂の途中に位置し、周辺の町内ごとに祀られる社と合わせて散策するのに適した場所です。神社前には急な坂道がありますが、脇には意外にも広い駐車スペースが確保されています。境内には三峯山大権現や七福神が祀られた石祠があり、周辺の坂道を歩きながら巡るのもおすすめです。
