Izumo and Matsue Matchmaking Pilgrimage

A course visiting ancient shrines in Izumo, the sacred land of matchmaking, and the castle town of Matsue. Centered around Izumo Taisha (Izumo Grand Shrine), which enshrines Daikokusama, the route features sites from mythology, National Treasure buildings, and shrines famous for En-uranai (matchmaking fortune-telling).

Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage (Ohenro)

Shikoku (Tokushima, Kochi, Ehime, Kagawa)

Ohenro is Japan's representative pilgrimage, involving a journey to 88 sacred sites associated with Kobo Daishi (Kukai). Pilgrims travel through the four prefectures of Shikoku, covering a total distance of approximately 1,400 km from No. 1 to No. 88, aiming to achieve Mangen (the completion of the pilgrimage).
