国道163号線から伊勢自動車道の高架下をくぐり、集落の入り口付近に位置しています。境内は白い塀や石垣で囲まれており、山門をくぐると横長の形をした本堂や祠、印塔、地蔵などが配置されています。本堂の裏手には古い墓所もあり、静かな佇まいです。
