慈恩寺の駐車場の脇、少し斜面を登った場所に位置しており、正面から来た方には見落としやすい場所です。常夜灯や手水舎がありますが、簡素な造りとなっています。周辺には公園や観音堂、稲荷神社などが集まっており、バイパスの近くで車の音が聞こえる独特の空間です。
