京王線沿線に位置し、電車が通過する時以外は閑静な空間が広がっています。境内は非常に整っており、樹齢300年以上の樹木や、仏殿の前に咲く見事な山桜など、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で四季を感じられます。毎月第一日曜日の朝には座禅会も開催されており、静かに参拝や修行に励むことができます。
