明治通りからほど近い高級住宅地の中にあり、住宅のような落ち着いた佇まいです。門前の銀杏が美しく、境内を散策できます。御朱印は書き置きのほか、インターホンを押すことで対応してもらえる場合もあります。勤行の解説や経本の配布、おみくじの用意など、参拝者への配慮が行き届いています。
