北鎌倉方面から向かう「天下門」前には非常に大きく立派な寺標があり、鎌倉八幡宮方面から向かう道にはこぢんまりとした新しい寺標が設置されています。寺を通り抜けた先には、美しい仏像や寺院を巡りながら森の中を歩くハイキングコースが続いており、富士山展望台付近では僧侶による太鼓や鐘の音、儀式を拝めることもあります。
