JR武生駅から徒歩圏内の住宅街にあり、地域で親しまれているお水場です。非常に滑らかで雑味のない美味しい水として知られ、多くの人が汲みに訪れます。駐車場はなく、周辺道路が狭いため路駐の際は注意が必要です。近くにはこの水を使用した蕎麦屋もあります。
