山門をくぐると戦没者の慰霊碑があり、本堂に向かう道には福田赳夫元総理の揮毫による鐘楼が建っています。境内には元総理大臣の墓地があり、広い駐車場も備えられています。狭い路地沿いに位置していますが、落ち着いた雰囲気の寺院です。
