5月末から6月中旬にかけて、境内には香りの良い黄色い菩提樹の花が咲き誇ります。御朱印の受付は本殿横の建物にあるインターホンで対応しており、複数の神仏から選んで参拝する仕組みがあります。筥崎宮のすぐ近くに位置しており、周辺の環境も良好です。
