駅から少し離れた場所にあり、境内は広大ながらも静かな雰囲気が漂っています。本堂や山門、薬師堂、供養塔など見どころが多く、戦災を免れた納骨堂や米軍機乗組員の供養塔も現存しています。御朱印の受付も親切に対応しており、派手さはありませんが優しい雰囲気の寺院です。
