山門の彫刻や飾りが非常に美しく、境内はリニューアルによりスッキリとした印象です。バス通りから急な階段を上がった場所にあり、静かな雰囲気の中で参拝ができます。御朱印は書き置きでの対応となる場合がありますが、子供向けの配布があるなど、参拝への配慮も見られます。
