中山道沿いに位置し、建物に挟まれたような場所にあります。本堂は小規模ながらも立派な佇まいです。境内には六地蔵や庚申供養塔などの石造物があり、頭痛除観世音様が祀られているのが特徴です。周辺には広大な墓地があり、周辺環境を含め落ち着いた雰囲気です。
