国道近くの住宅地に位置しながら、境内は木々や鳥の鳴き声に包まれた静かな空間です。参拝者用の駐車場があり、社務所や宮司宅で御朱印の授与も可能です。境内には大きな「おとよ石」が置かれており、春祭りの時期には太鼓や獅子舞、餅撒きなどの賑やかな神事が行われます。
