鬱蒼とした鎮守の森の中にひっそりと佇む神社で、鳥居の両側には巨杉が並んでいます。50段ほどの急な石段を上った先には、立派な本殿や神楽殿があり、神楽殿へは中に入ることができます。竹燈籠やかぐや姫の像などの見どころもあり、静かな雰囲気が特徴です。
