静かな佇まいの寺院で、隣接する保育園からは子供たちの声が聞こえます。御朱印は保育園にいる住職に依頼していただくことができ、費用は300円です。周辺は散策コースの一部となっており、動物園方面への登り道や、桐生七福神巡りのルートとしても利用されています。
